Ingredients:
- 4 large overripe bananas (mashed)
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 125g granulated sugar
- 250g unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp banana flavoring
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk (optional)
Instructions:

- Preheat & Prepare Pans: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another large mixing bowl, beat mashed bananas, sugar, and butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients: Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix. If using, gently fold in chopped walnuts.
